This is a San Francisco Giants magazine, Vol 5 #1 from 1990.  They published 4 or 5 of these a year.  It was sold at the stadium as a program and it has an UNSCORED score sheet.  It is in very good+ condition and has been stored away since 1990 when I purchased it from Woodford Publishing in San Francisco.
