2011 Mercedes Benz SL 550 AMG (#465) VIN: WDBSK7BA8BF165486 2 owners from new only 54,000 miles With roots dating back to the 300SL of the 1950s, Mercedes’ recipe for their 2-seater roadster has continued, uninterrupted with huge success: a well-built, if not beautifully manufactured car with immense power and capability, wrapped in the finest luxury. This 2-owner from new 2011 SL550 is offered in exceptional condition. Purchased by close personal friends of mine in August 2014 from a local Los Angeles dealer with 27,000 miles on the odometer, the car was used as a second car for dates and trips to wine country until their move to Chicago in June of 2017, the car now showing 49,000 miles. For the two years they lived in Chicago, the car remained in climate controlled storage and was only driven 3,000 miles, before their return to Northern California in December of 2019 with the car, again re-registering it at their new home in the Oakland hills. Carfax shows 4-owners, but owners 2, 3 and 4 are the same people. And now It’ back at MGM Now with 54,000 miles, the recently serviced car is ready for the next custodian. Regularly serviced, the car runs perfectly, starting easily and offering that immense V8 power synonymous with the Mercedes SL brand. The car shifts perfectly, and the adjustable suspension operates flawlessly with no erroneous noises. Brakes work to harness the power as they should. The paint finish is excellent with only minor blemishes, conducive with age and mileage. The interior is excellent and testament to the car taken to maintain and store the car.
