In this collection are thirty-one (31) black-and-white glossy publicity photographs of players and coaches of the 1963 Los Angeles Dodgers team that won the World Series. The name of each player or coaches appears in the bottom margin. They were produced by the Dodgers and issued to the media for publicity purposes. Included are two (2) each—a playing pose and a portrait—of Sandy Koufax, Bill Skowron, Ron Perranoski, Larry Sherry, Jim Gilliam, Don Zimmer, John Podres, Maury Wills, Don Drysdale, Ron Fairly, Wally Moon, Willie Davis, Tom Davis and Frank Howard plus one (1) each of manager Walt Alston and coach Leo Durocher.
These are in very nice condition and are housed in protective sleeves; there are tiny pinholes in the corners of ten of the photographs; there is a larger hole at upper right in the image area of the Sandy Koufax portrait: FINE+ condition.
