CL Lever Start Range: This new range of Pneumatic Screwdrivers from Sumake have been designed with the user in mind. Many patents have been filed in the manufacture of these new Air Screwdrivers and have won several awards. This Air Screwdriver is compact in size with a soft composite ergonomic grip - A new high technology patented MSC motor that produces 30% more power than a normal Air Screwdriver. A new one pulse 3% tolerance cross path patented clutch system.
Features of this Air Screwdriver Range include: One Handed Operation, External Torque Adjustment, Low Vibration, Reversible and Energy Saving.
They come complete with four extra colour coded torque lock covers (please see attached photo) for ease of torque setting identification on larger assembly lines with many drivers. This range of driver require and oiled air supply. The Pneumatic Lever Start Screwdrivers are available in both an Oil Free Version or an Oiled Version (as per below). All of these Pneumatic Screwdrivers accept the standard B Hex 6.35mm (1/4" Hex) Screwdriver Bits (which can also be purchase on our shop) and have a Torque Tolerance of +/- 3%. Other models are available in this range with various torque ranges.
