the pencil-marked scorecard from the 7/5/1999 game between the St. Louis Cardinals (home team) and the Arizona Diamondbacks with Hall-of-Famer Randy Johnson pitching
the Diamondbacks dugout card personally obtained from the dugout wall after the game (likely maintained by the bench coach of the D-Backs).

The dugout card has been rolled up for 20+ years so the photos are taken with paperweights holding down the top / bottom, but I will have to fold it to mail it so it will have fold lines that aren't shown in any of the photos, please let me know if this is a problem, it doesn't diminish the significance of the item & I'll be 100% certain not to fold it over the name "Johnson"!
